Overview Join our dynamic team as a Carpet Cleaning Technician and play a vital role in maintaining pristine, healthy, and welcoming environments for our clients. In this energetic and hands-on role, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality carpet cleaning and floor care services across commercial and residential settings. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring they look their best and are safe for everyone who uses them. Responsibilities Perform thorough carpet cleaning using professional equipment and environmentally friendly solutions to remove stains, dirt, and allergens. Conduct comprehensive floor care procedures including buffing, polishing, and sealing to restore the shine and durability of various flooring types. Execute janitorial and custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to maintain cleanliness standards. Inspect work areas to ensure quality standards are met and identify any additional cleaning or maintenance needs. Operate commercial cleaning machinery safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Assist in setting up cleaning equipment and supplies for scheduled or emergency cleaning projects. Maintain detailed records of services performed, supplies used, and time spent on each job to ensure accountability. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or environmental services is highly preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and carpet cleaning methods. Ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy equipment or supplies, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients as needed. A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining safe work practices in all cleaning activities.
