Duties Perform thorough car washes, including exterior and interior cleaning using appropriate tools and products Conduct detailed vehicle polishing, buffing, and window tinting to enhance vehicle appearance Assist with vehicle movement around the lot, including parking and retrieval to ensure efficient workflow Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring their vehicle needs are met with professionalism Support additional custodial tasks such as vacuuming interiors, cleaning windows, and applying protective treatments Follow safety protocols during all detailing procedures to ensure a safe working environment Qualifications Previous experience in car wash, detailing, or janitorial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment and tools effectively Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for moving vehicles around the lot Experience with buffing, window tinting, or custodial work is a plus but not mandatory Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Join us in delivering exceptional vehicle care while building your career in a vibrant team environment!
