JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for someone to provide maintenance assistance in Petaluma, CA This is a Part time position. This unique position consists of providing basic janitorial services. We need a very responsible person that reports to work on time and consistently as scheduled.

JOB DUTIES

Performs interior and exterior cleaning duties at the job site Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors and walkways. Restroom cleaning and sanitizing. Trash removal and interior cleaning. Blows off or sweeps walkways and sidewalks Surface cleaning, including doors and glass. Other duties may be assigned as needed

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

No education required, however, a High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Must be detail oriented. Must be willing and able to work outdoors to perform all cleaning duties of a shopping center/work site.

Other physical requirements may include:

Standing for long periods of time, carrying, use of hands and arms. Must be able to see, speak, hear, and smell. Must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds normally. Person must also be willing and able to work on site in a multitude of different weather conditions. Must be willing to work on Holidays. The qualified person must have a reliable means of transportation to get to work on time. Must be able to communicate in English. A qualified person must also be able to communicate via cell phone and operate a cell phone in order to send photos and text messages to the supervisor Complete timecards and check in/out via mobile app Candidates living in or near Petaluma, CA are highly encouraged to apply.
