Janitor / Cleaner (Part-Time Light Daily Cleaning)

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This is a light-duty position responsible for maintaining a small facility, with daily cleaning tasks typically taking no more than one hour to complete. This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent, low-hour work such as a second job or supplemental income. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break areas, and common spaces Restock basic supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed Ensure all areas are kept tidy, sanitary, and presentable Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities Complete assigned tasks within the scheduled time

Pay:

$460/month (1099 - Independent Contractor)

Schedule:

Approximately 1 hour per day (5 days per week)

Location:

Must be local / nearby for quick daily visits Skills & Qualifications Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance Ability to complete tasks efficiently within a short timeframe Must have reliable transportation Must live nearby or within a short driving distance Compensation & Work Arrangement This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not an employee role You will be working as a subcontractor providing cleaning services Contractor is responsible for their own taxes and transportation All cleaning tasks and expectations will be clearly outlined Why This Job?
