DAY PORTER BSM

Facility Services Group - We are a leading building maintenance company established in 1979, serving the Bay Area and beyond. We take pride in providing reliable, high-quality service and are seeking a Day Porter who is self-motivated, dependable, and committed to maintaining our client's facilities to the highest standards.

Location:

Pleasant Hill, CA Hours:

Monday-Friday; 7:00am to 3:30pm (with 30 minute lunch break at 11:00am) Rate per hour: $16.90 per hour

Key Maintenance Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness in lobbies, common areas, and breakrooms Empty trash cans and replace with new trash liners Pick up litter and sweep floors and stairs Remove dust and cobwebs Wipe down railings and other touchpoints Sweep, mop and spot clean floors, as needed Clean windows, glass, ledges, and frames Clean and sanitize restrooms, mirrors and countertops Monitor and restock cleaning supplies Professional, customer-focused attitude when interacting with clients Ability to recognize/identify, and report to our company management; building and property problems and hazards, i.e. broken lock, paint chipping, leaky sink, light out, damage to structure.

Minimum Qualifications:

Have proper work permit Pass a background check Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel Reliable attendance and punctuality are required Must have a valid
