A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

We maintain and repair commercial properties across the Tri-Valley, the East Bay, San Francisco, and the Peninsula.
THE WORK
Exterior and interior window cleaning on commercial properties, using a water-fed pole and purified water system. Ground-based work across office, retail, and industrial sites. No suspended or high-rise work.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Commercial window cleaning experience. Water-fed pole and purified water systems: DI resin or RO filtration. Traditional squeegee and scrubber work. Comfortable working from the ground on multi-story glass. Valid California driver's license.
NICE TO HAVE
Maintaining filtration systems: resin changes, TDS monitoring. Screen and track cleaning. Hard water stain removal. Pressure washing.
