THE WORK A

role we built ourselves, and one you won't find at most contractors. Part day porter, part maintenance tech. You keep a commercial property looking right, and you fix what breaks while you're there. Common areas, restrooms, trash, tenant requests, and then the light that's out, the door that sticks, the fixture that drips. This is a step up, not a cleaning job. If you want a way into the trades and you're willing to learn on real commercial buildings, tell us. We train, we provide the tools, and Porter Tech is how a lot of good technicians start.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Commercial porter, janitorial, or building maintenance experience. Willingness to pick up the trade side of the job. Comfortable around tenants and property managers. Reliable and presentable.
