In this vital role, you will ensure that our work environment remains spotless, safe, and welcoming for all employees and visitors. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance Handle industrial cleaning tasks including deep cleaning of machinery, vents, or specialized equipment as needed Maintain cleanliness of trash receptacles by emptying and replacing liners regularly Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting larger issues to the appropriate teams Use commercial cleaning tools and products safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Support custodial efforts during special events or after-hours cleaning projects to ensure spaces are ready for use Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing surfaces Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Experience with residential painting or facilities maintenance is a plus but not required Join us in creating clean, safe environments that foster productivity and well-being!
