This is real deep cleaning:

move-in / move-out cleans, older homes, kitchens and bathrooms that have not been touched in a long time. It takes extra steps and a strong work ethic. Anyone who can deep clean can do a standard clean, so that is the level we hire at. If your experience is light housekeeping only, this job is probably not the right fit, and we would rather you know that now.

WHAT YOU GET

• $20 to $22 an hour, based on experience
• Paid every week
• Part-time (1 job a day) or full-time (2 jobs a day), weekdays with some Saturdays
• Our team gets first pick of every job before anyone else
• Houses, apartments, offices, clinics, move-in/move-out and deep cleans
• Top performers move up to team lead, more hours and our commercial accounts

WHAT WE NEED

• 3+ years of professional cleaning experience (5+ preferred)
• Your own car and a valid driver's license

• Reliable:

  on time, every time
• Comfortable with a paid trial clean before you are hired

OUR STANDARD

• Walk the client through the finished job before you leave
• Before and after photos on every job
• Wear the company shirt (we provide it)
• Ask happy clients for a Google review
