This is a full-time, overnight position servicing commercial properties. Responsibilities Operate hot and cold water pressure washing equipment to clean the exterior of commercial properties. Apply appropriate detergents and degreasers for commercial-grade cleaning needs Safely handle waste water and follow local runoff/environmental compliance guidelines Inspect and perform basic maintenance on equipment before and after each shift Complete service logs and report any property damage or equipment issues to supervisors Work efficiently to meet commercial client schedules and service windows Requirements Valid, current license (required) Clean driving record required — must be able to provide upon hire Pass a drug test and background check Experience with commercial pressure washing or exterior building maintenance preferred Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors overnight in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Schedule & Compensation Graveyard shift (overnight hours) 40 hours per week $21.00 per hour
