What you'll do Perform scheduled window cleaning, screen cleaning, and track cleaning on residential homes Gutter cleaning and other add-on services Communicate clearly with every client before and after the job Keep your equipment organized, and in great working order Mentor and train newer technicians Ask for and earn customer reviews What you bring 2+ years of professional window cleaning or exterior home service experience (water-fed pole experience a plus) Comfort with heights, ladders, and roofs Ability to lift 50 lbs Strong customer communication and the ability to sell consistently without pressure Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and motor vehicle check Your career path at Salty Panes We don't just say "room for growth."
