Skills Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles with knowledge of commercial or industrial cleaning practices. Skilled in operating cleaning equipment and other custodial tools. Familiarity with chemical agent handling and safety procedures related to sanitation products. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper ergonomic techniques. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for maintaining cleanliness standards. Customer service mindset to address any facility-related concerns professionally if needed. Knowledge of facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs or reporting larger issues promptly.
