Job Overview We are looking for a responsible individual to help maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in our store. Below is the cleaning checklist to guide daily tasks: Duties Daily Cleaning Tasks 1. Sweep the Floors ○ Thoroughly sweep all areas of the store, ensuring no debris is left behind. 2. Mop the Floors ○ After sweeping, mop all floors to ensure they are spotless and sanitized. 3. Clean the Storefront ○ Tidy up the entrance and sweep the outside area as needed to maintain a welcoming appearance. 4. Wipe Down Tables ○ Use sanitizer to clean all tables in customer and staff areas. 5. Clean the Bathroom ○ Scrub the toilet, sink, and all surfaces. ○ Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. 6. Mop the Kitchen Floor ○ Thoroughly clean and sanitize the kitchen floor to maintain a safe working environment. 7. Wipe the Windows ○ Clean all windows inside and outside for clear visibility. 8. Wash Kitchen Dishes ○ Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment used during the day. 9. Wipe Down All Counters ○ Sanitize all counter surfaces to ensure a clean and safe area for operations. 10. Clean and Mop Walk-In Cooler Floors ○ Sweep and mop the floors in the walk-in cooler to maintain hygiene standards. 11. Empty All Trash ○ Remove trash from all bins, including in the bathroom and kitchen. ○ Replace liners and dispose of waste properly. Additional Cleaning Tasks 12. Dust the Ceilings ○ Remove dust from ceilings and hard-to-reach areas. 13. Maintain the Fryer ○ Empty the oil if it appears too dark. ○ Clean the fryer thoroughly and refill with fresh oil.
