Job Summary Join our dynamic cleaning team as a Cleaning Crew Member, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our facilities spotless, safe, and welcoming! In this vital role, you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various environments, including commercial and residential spaces. Duties Handle chemical agents safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols and handling instructions to prevent accidents or contamination. Conduct manual handling tasks including lifting heavy objects, moving furniture or equipment, and performing custodial maintenance with proper lifting techniques. Maintain cleanliness standards by sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across assigned areas. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks such as high-level dusting or specialized floor care to ensure facilities meet health and safety standards. Support facilities maintenance activities including minor repairs or reporting issues requiring professional attention. Use custodial tools and equipment effectively to ensure optimal cleaning results while adhering to safe lifting practices. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with knowledge of commercial or industrial cleaning procedures. Familiarity with handling chemical agents safely and understanding proper storage and disposal methods. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while following safe lifting practices. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards in all environments. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently under supervision.
