Job Description

City Wide Property Services, Inc. currently has an opening for a Janitor to join our expanding team in Roseville, CA 95678 !
Schedule:
(29 hours per week) Monday -
Thursday:
3pm-9pm
Friday:
OFF Saturday:
5pm-9pm
Sunday:
OFF Responsibilities:
This schedule is all outdoor janitorial work•Wiping down trash receptacles and replacing trash liners Trash pickup around the entire parking lot, landscape areas, and dumpster enclosures Wall spotting (interior and/or exterior) Windowsill cleaning De-webbing of building and doorways Assisting in light maintenance work Sanitizing Adhering to all safety rules and procedures Maintaining equipment and storage areas in a neat, clean manner and in good working condition Reporting illegal dumping or other property issues to Management. Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Must have reliable transport to work Physically conditioned to handle extensive walking of properties Physically capable of performing all job duties including ability to push/ carry supplies Ability to work independently; self-motivated Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities Able to work extra hours and/or changed schedules as needed to fulfill customer requests.
Pay:
$16.90 - $18.90 per hour
