Assist with vehicle intake and delivery to ensure a smooth customer experience. Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any visible damage or concerns. Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for customer pickup as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop, lot, and customer areas. Support technicians and service advisors with vehicle transportation and other operational tasks. Follow all company safety procedures and comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA standards and hazardous waste handling requirements. Deliver friendly, professional service to every guest. Qualifications 1+ years of experience as a porter, lot attendant, detailer, car washer, valet, or in a similar automotive role preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency. Dependable, positive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills. Comfortable using tablets or computers for basic shop software and communication. Physical Requirements Frequently stand and walk throughout the workday. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Safely enter and exit a variety of vehicle types. Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Maintain a brisk pace in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Use a computer or mobile device for basic tasks and communication.
