Operations Supervisor (Janitorial)

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor specializing in janitorial services to lead and manage cleaning operations across multiple facilities. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily janitorial activities, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and coordinate a team of custodial staff. Duties Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Quality control measures to maintain cleanliness across all facilities. Train new team members on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations. Conduct regular inspections of work areas to verify compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards. Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and oversee performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment. Collaborate with management to improve operational workflows and implement best practices in custodial services. Qualifications Supervising experience in janitorial (preferred but not required) Strong management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams effectively. Janitorial experience including cleaning techniques. Knowledge of safety standards related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage. Leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Preferably, if own a 4-cylinder sedan. Bilingual- English/Spanish Preferably living in the San Francisco or Daly City area. Must successfully pass a background check. Must have 100% availability in case of emergency calls or when required to be present for the activation of new accounts.
