Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Commercial Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our commercial spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will help uphold the professional appearance of our facilities. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and chemicals Handle chemical agents safely, following all safety protocols and manufacturer instructions Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, waxing, polishing, and deep cleaning carpets to maintain a pristine appearance Use manual handling techniques to lift, move, and position furniture or cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to ensure clarity and shine Perform janitorial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces Operate specialized equipment for floor buffing, floor waxing, carpet cleaning, and other custodial services as needed Experience Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques using various chemical agents and cleaning tools Familiarity with environmental services standards and safety procedures related to chemical handling Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting with proper technique Experience with floor care methods such as buffing, waxing, and carpet cleaning is highly desirable Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial setting will be an advantage Join us in creating clean, safe environments that foster productivity and well-being!
