Gracias. 1 - Day Porters - Must Speak English We are seeking dedicated and reliable Janitor/Maintenance professionals to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to custodial duties, as well as basic maintenance tasks to support the overall functionality of the premises. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in commercial and residential settings. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Conduct industrial cleaning duties, ensuring all areas are sanitized and free from hazards. Handle custodial responsibilities such as trash removal, restroom sanitation, and surface cleaning. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness. Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel promptly. Skills Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred. Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and safety protocols. Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks effectively. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Experience in residential painting is a plus but not required.

Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
