You will be responsible for delivering exceptional custodial services, ensuring our facilities are spotless, safe, and welcoming. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces including offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment. Handle chemical agents safely, following all health and safety protocols to prevent accidents or contamination. Operate floor buffers and other floor care machinery to maintain pristine surfaces across multiple sites. Conduct janitorial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold hygiene standards. Assist with custodial responsibilities related to industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance as needed. Use manual handling techniques for heavy lifting tasks like moving furniture or equipment while adhering to safe lifting practices. Support general maintenance activities including minor repairs or reporting issues requiring specialized attention. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services; industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance experience is a plus. Knowledge of chemical agent handling with a focus on safety procedures. Skilled in using floor buffers, buffing machines, and other floor care tools. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during cleaning or maintenance tasks. Familiarity with residential painting or industrial cleaning techniques is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple sites effectively. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during evening shifts across various locations.
