In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall hygiene of residential properties. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas within residential properties. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces as needed. Manage floor care activities including carpet cleaning, polishing, and other surface treatments to ensure floors are spotless and well-maintained. Assist with housekeeper management tasks such as inventorying cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance issues. Safely execute manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or appliances while adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their cleaning preferences and special requests. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards. Knowledge of floor care procedures including carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during outdoor work or when moving furniture or equipment. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude toward clients. Experience with laundry services and housekeeper management is a plus. Familiarity with hotel or commercial cleaning environments enhances versatility in handling various cleaning scenarios.
