Job Summary Job Summary The Custodian plays an essential role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors at St. Margaret's Episcopal School. As a key member of the Facilities team, the Custodian supports the daily operations of the school by ensuring that classrooms, offices, and campus facilities are well maintained, sanitary, and properly set up to support learning, events, and community activities. QUALIFICATIONS
Required- Ability to perform assigned custodial duties reliably and safely.
- Ability to communicate effectively with members of the school community.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to work evenings or varied schedules as required by campus operations.
- Ability to successfully complete and maintain a Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprint-based background clearance as a condition of employment. Preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior custodial, janitorial, or facilities experience in a school or similar environment.
