Part-Time Evening Janitorial Cleaner (South Orange County) San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675 $20 an hour - Part-time $20 an hour - Part-time Part-Time Evening Cleaner (South Orange County) About the Role We're a growing commercial cleaning company looking for a dependable, hardworking cleaner to join our team. You'll be assigned to one of our client locations, a brewery and taproom in South Orange County. You won't be cleaning any brewing equipment or production areas. Your work focuses on the guest-facing spaces : the bar area, kitchen, dining / seating rooms, and restrooms. This is a consistent part-time evening position , meaning you'll have a steady schedule you can count on week after week. As we continue adding new client locations, there's real opportunity to pick up more hours if you want them. What You'll Be Doing Your nightly duties will include: Restrooms — cleaning and sanitizing all fixtures, surfaces, and floors Bar area — wiping down surfaces, cleaning glass, and sanitizing high-touch areas Kitchen — counters, sinks, accessible equipment surfaces, and floors Dining and seating rooms — tables, chairs, and general floor care General upkeep — dusting, removing cobwebs, emptying trash, and replacing liners Checklists — following a site-specific cleaning checklist each visit and flagging any maintenance concerns What We're Looking For Prior cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required Reliability is everything — we need someone who shows up consistently Comfortable working independently in the evening Able to follow instructions and maintain quality standards Reliable transportation to South Orange County Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds A Few Things to Know You'll have after-hours access to our client's facility to complete your work.
