About the Role D-Mar Cleaning & Property Services is a growing commercial janitorial company looking for a dependable, hardworking cleaner to join our South Orange County team. This position is part of a Friday-night cleaning route serving multiple brewery/taproom locations in South Orange County; Laguna Hills, San Juan Capistrano, and San Clemente. You'll work alongside another experienced cleaner to complete the route efficiently. The work focuses primarily on guest-facing areas, including kitchens, bar areas, dining/seating areas, restrooms, and floors. You will not be responsible for cleaning brewing or production equipment. This is a consistent weekly position with a schedule you can count on. We're actively growing this route, so there may be opportunities for additional hours as new locations are added.

Laguna Hills, San Juan Capistrano & San Clemente, CA Applicants must be available for the entire Friday-night route and have reliable transportation throughout South Orange County. What You'll Be Doing Your responsibilities will include: Restrooms — cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, surfaces, mirrors, and floors Kitchen areas — cleaning counters, sinks, accessible surfaces, and floors Bar areas — wiping and sanitizing surfaces and high-touch areas Dining & seating areas — general cleaning and floor care Floors — sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping as required General upkeep — dusting, removing cobwebs, emptying trash, and replacing liners Quality control — following location-specific cleaning checklists and reporting maintenance or service concerns What We're Looking For Prior commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is required Dependable Friday-night availability Comfortable working as part of a two-person cleaning team Able to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures Strong attention to detail and consistent work quality Reliable transportation between South Orange County locations Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds Comfortable working late-night/overnight hours A Few Things to Know This is an after-hours position. You'll be working in client facilities after they close, so reliability, professionalism, and trustworthiness are especially important . You'll be joining an existing South Orange County route rather than starting from scratch. Training will be provided, and you'll work alongside a cleaner already familiar with the locations and our expectations. As we add accounts, we prioritize existing team members for additional hours.
