Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness of customer's paint booth. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team, following procedures to ensure highest standards of cleanliness and operation of paint booth. Duties Perform thorough cleaning and service of paint booths. Utilize various cleaning tools and equipment effectively to maintain cleanliness. Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies and materials. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning tasks. Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention or additional cleaning. Assist with waste disposal and recycling efforts. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning assignments efficiently. Experience The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience: Familiarity with warehouse environments is preferred. Basic math skills for measuring cleaning solutions or materials. Mechanical knowledge is a plus, particularly in using hand tools or basic maintenance tasks. Experience operating forklifts or cranes is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments may be required for specific tasks related to cleanliness standards.
