A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

- Monday through Friday San Lorenzo Location, and Castro Valley Location KMC Cleaners is Looking for Several Part-Time Cleaners to Clean School Classrooms.
HOURS:
Monday through Friday— (3:30 to 7:00 pm)JOB DESCRIPTION
Work well independently and as a team Follow the assigned cleaning schedule Wipe down tables, desktops, and touchpoints Vacuum carpet in classrooms Empty trash & recycling containers in each classroom, replacing liners as needed. Sweep & mop hard surface floors Clean restrooms & re-stock supplies Spray disinfectant Manage the dumpster and the janitor closet Lock all doors and set the alarmPERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY

Provide your reliable transportation to job sites Wear a company uniform and have a clean, neat appearance Communicate with the crew chief, co-workers, and owner. Attention to detail, following directions, and safety guidelines Correctly and promptly execute work to the best of your ability Honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity Behave in a professional, respectful manner No Micromanagement is Needed!JOB SPECIFICATIONS
