Our services include commercial janitorial cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, and laundry pickup & delivery for local businesses. We focus on reliability, quality work, and building long-term relationships with our clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dependable Operations Supervisor to help oversee daily operations and maintain high service standards. Position Overview The Operations Supervisor helps manage field operations and ensure that all services are completed professionally and on schedule. This role includes coordinating cleaning technicians, performing janitorial cleaning, performing pressure washing and floor care services, performing quality inspections, and helping ensure that clients receive consistent, high-quality results. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, and comfortable managing people while also stepping in to help with work when necessary. Responsibilities Oversee daily service operations across multiple clients Coordinate with contractors and technicians to ensure jobs are completed on time Perform routine quality inspections at client locations Assist with services when needed, including cleaning, pressure washing, or window cleaning Help train new contractors and team members Maintain equipment and ensure supplies are stocked Communicate with management regarding scheduling, issues, or client feedback Identify opportunities for additional services with existing clients Qualifications Experience in cleaning, janitorial, floor care, pressure washing, window cleaning, or related service industries preferred Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus Strong communication and organization skills Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Ability to lift equipment and work outdoors when needed Compensation & Benefits Full-time position Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunities for growth as the company expands Flexible work environment Work across a variety of service types and job sites Schedule Full-time with flexible scheduling depending on service needs.
