$17.00-$25.00 per hour , depending on experience and role Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Window Cleaner / Window Cleaning Technician to join our team. The Window Cleaner will be responsible for providing professional window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties throughout Marin County. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license is required , as the position involves traveling between client locations during the workday. Key Responsibilities Clean interior and exterior windows, glass doors, mirrors, and other glass surfaces. Remove dirt, dust, fingerprints, water spots, and other buildup from glass surfaces. Use professional window cleaning tools, including squeegees, scrubbers, extension poles, water-fed poles, and ladders. Clean and maintain window frames, sills, tracks, and screens as needed. Safely use ladders and other equipment required to access windows. Perform residential and commercial window cleaning according to company standards. Inspect windows and glass surfaces before and after cleaning to ensure quality. Identify and report damaged windows, screens, frames, or other property concerns to management. Protect furniture, flooring, landscaping, and other property while performing cleaning services. Safely handle and use cleaning solutions and chemicals according to company procedures. Maintain and properly store cleaning equipment and supplies. Keep the company vehicle, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. Communicate professionally and courteously with clients. Travel between client locations throughout Marin County. Follow all company safety procedures and policies. Requirements Valid driver's license required. Reliable transportation to and from the company's designated work location. Previous window cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, construction, or related experience is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn professional window cleaning techniques and equipment. Comfortable working at heights and using ladders, with appropriate training and safety procedures. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Professional and respectful communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, climb, and lift up to 35 pounds throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings when needed. Compensation & Benefits $17.00-$25.00 per hour , based on experience and role. Company vehicle available for work-related travel. Mileage reimbursement , when applicable. Flexible scheduling.
