Job Summary Job Summary Under supervision, performs regularly, proficiently and independently, basic custodial jobs. May perform routine maintenance tasks and evaluate more complex maintenance requirements for resolution by maintenance personnel. Has daily contact with students, staff, and community, during routine performance of duties. This is the second level position on the Custodial series, demonstrated ability to work independently from work orders and general (oral and written) instructions, perform light maintenance such as changing lights, replacing filters, patching, painting, securing loose fixtures, etc. Full Time Schedule 1:00 pm-9:30.
