Commercial Laundry in Santa Maria, CA looking for a Human Resource Generalist to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.
Job Title:
Human Resource Generalist Full-Time Position Location:
Santa Maria, CA 8:00am - 4:00pm Human Resources Generalist duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to: Perform various HR duties and will be working directly with the company HR department Maintain proper records of employee files, employee database, employee attendance and requests for leaves/time-off Assist the HR manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration, including employee disciplinary action, employee annual job performance reviews and employee performance awards Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees Assist with new hire processing, background checks, and on-boardings Track, collect and enter required employee documents, including I-9's, licenses, certifications, evaluations and health requirements Must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks with timeliness and attention to detail Responsible for and must maintain strict confidentiality and appropriately work with sensitive information and documents Knowledgeable in a range of concepts, practices, and procedures relevant to the Human Resources field Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Human Resources duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner
Requirements:
Human Resources experience is required Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field is required Hourly rate is TBD and based on experience Must be bilingual (Spanish) We are looking forward to reading your application
