This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities while performing light maintenance tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, ensuring that our building remains in top condition for employees and visitors. Responsibilities for

Custodial Duties:

Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them Clean windows and mirrors Clean and supply restrooms Remove waste and empty trash Clean production floors, walls and surfaces Maintain cleaning records indicating areas that were cleaned and inspected Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance

Light Maintenance Duties:

Perform minor repairs, including fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, and patching walls. Conduct routine inspections of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems and report issues to management. Assist with assembling furniture, moving office equipment, and setting up rooms for meetings or events. Monitor building security and safety, ensuring doors and windows are properly secured. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred. Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and maintenance procedures. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers and carpet cleaners. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Hours are 6am-230pm Opportunity for advancement, cross training in other areas of manufacturing! Wage depends on experience

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
