Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and customers
• Assist with valet parking services, including parking and retrieving vehicles
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership premises
• Perform light maintenance tasks, such as cleaning windows and floors
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations
• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
• Assist with inventory management and stocking of supplies

Skills:

• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with valet parking procedures and protocols
• Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive experience
• Knowledge of dealership operations and automotive industry is a plus
• Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are desirable but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
