Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitorial Worker to maintain cleanliness and safety across our facilities. Handle custodial duties including trash removal, restocking supplies, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces to promote hygiene. Assist with light maintenance tasks like minor repairs or reporting larger issues to the facilities team. Support industrial or commercial cleaning projects as needed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness standards during shift changes by completing detailed cleaning checklists and documentation. Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Skills Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors. Familiarity with commercial cleaning products and equipment to ensure safe and effective use. Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks with attention to detail and safety standards. Experience in facilities maintenance or general upkeep activities is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills for managing supplies and documenting completed tasks. Excellent physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts.
