This position is responsible for deep cleaning, laundry and linen management, sanitizing guest areas, restocking essential supplies, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness to ensure every property is clean, comfortable, and ready for guests. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain vacation rental properties according to established cleanliness and hospitality standards. Wash, dry, fold, and properly manage linens, towels, bath mats, and other laundry items. Replace linens and make beds in all bedrooms as needed. Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, common areas, and break rooms. Sweep, vacuum, mop, and polish floors, as well as clean carpets when necessary. Dust and wipe down furniture, tables, desks, windowsills, and other surfaces. Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed. Restock essential guest supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other designated items. Follow all cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and company standards. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally. Requirements Previous experience cleaning vacation rentals, Airbnb properties, hotels, or similar hospitality environments is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Familiarity with short-term rental housekeeping practices, including inventory checks, damage reporting, and supply restocking. Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and sanitation. Ability to work independently as well as effectively as part of a team.
