Experienced Airbnb Cleaner

Position Overview:

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining vacation rental properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO. This role includes deep cleaning, laundry and linen replacement, sanitizing all areas, restocking supplies, and providing excellent guest service to ensure properties are clean, comfortable, and meet hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain vacation rental properties to a high standard. Wash, dry, and manage linens, towels, bath mats, and other laundry items. Replace linens and make beds in all bedrooms as required. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, common areas, and break rooms. Sweep, vacuum, mop, polish floors, and clean carpets when needed. Dust and wipe down surfaces, including tables, desks, and windowsills. Empty trash containers and replace liners. Replenish essential supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. Follow all cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company standards. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and inquiries promptly.

Requirements:

Previous experience cleaning vacation rentals, Airbnb properties, or hotels is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of short-term rental housekeeping practices, including inventory checks, damage reporting, and supply restocking. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with proper laundering and care of linens and towels.
