ASAP SharpeNShine Power Washing is hiring an Exterior Cleaning Team Lead to help run residential and commercial exterior cleaning jobs throughout Orange County. We specialize in window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, commercial property cleaning, and drone-assisted exterior cleaning . No exterior cleaning experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. What matters most is that you are reliable, professional, coachable, and able to take responsibility on a job site. This position is for someone who wants to grow into leadership, help manage a small crew, and represent the company well around homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients. Responsibilities As a Team Lead, you will be trained to: Lead a small crew on residential and commercial cleaning jobs Help complete window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and exterior cleaning services Communicate professionally with clients and property managers Follow job notes and daily schedules Keep the crew moving efficiently Make sure jobs are completed safely and correctly Take before-and-after photos of completed work Load, unload, clean, and organize equipment Help maintain trucks, trailers, hoses, ladders, and tools issues, damage, delays, or customer requests Help train and guide newer crew members Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and on time Responsible Coachable Comfortable leading by example Good with people Professional around clients Hardworking Detail-oriented Comfortable working outdoors Able to follow systems and safety procedures Interested in growing with the company You do not need experience in exterior cleaning. Requirements Reliable transportation Valid driver's license preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working outdoors Comfortable around ladders and equipment Must be able to show up on time Must be respectful and professional with clients Must be willing to learn Experience in pressure washing, window cleaning, landscaping, construction, detailing, or general labor is a plus, but not required.
