This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and taking pride in maintaining clean, attractive communities. You'll travel between properties providing cleaning, porter, and turnover support that directly impacts residents' quality of life and the overall appearance of our communities. What You'll Be Doing You'll travel between apartment communities providing porter and cleaning support wherever it's needed. Community & Common Area Care Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, mirrors, and windows Clean and sanitize restrooms, laundry rooms, offices, and common areas Remove trash and recycling Restock restroom and cleaning supplies Maintain building entrances, sidewalks, breezeways, and parking areas Help ensure each community remains clean, safe, and welcoming Apartment Turnover Support Assist with preparing vacant apartments for new residents Clean units during the turnover process Support property teams with community projects and special assignments Assist maintenance teams with general property appearance and cleanliness Deep Cleaning & Specialty Projects Occasionally assist with: Carpet cleaning Floor stripping, waxing, and buffing Interior and exterior window cleaning Large-scale property cleanups and beautification projects What We're Looking For Core Qualities Reliable - You show up consistently and can be counted on.
