Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Carpet Upholstery and tile/ grout Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services in both residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have hard working ethic with a focus on maintaining cleaniness detail. Responsibilities Perform carpet cleaning services using appropriate techniques and equipment. Inspect carpets for stains, damage, and wear before cleaning. Operate and maintain carpet cleaning machines and equipment. Apply cleaning solutions and treatments to carpets as needed. Ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy after service completion. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working in various environments. Document services performed and report any issues or concerns to management. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must possess a clean & valid driver's license for travel to various job sites. Clean background check. Able to stand, bend, sit ,reach ,squat , kneel and walk up stairs. Must be able to lift 100 lbs.
