Kelly Cleaning & Supplies, Inc. , serving Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties since 1978, is looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our specialty cleaning team. We are not simply looking for another worker. We are looking for someone who wants to learn, take responsibility, grow with our company, and develop into a leadership position. This position provides hands-on training in professional carpet cleaning, post-construction cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, and other specialty cleaning services. As you gain experience and demonstrate reliability and leadership, there will be opportunities to lead crews, train other technicians, coordinate jobs, and take on greater responsibility within Kelly Cleaning.

Responsibilities:

Professional carpet and upholstery cleaning Post-construction and final cleaning Window cleaning and other specialty services Operating and assisting with professional carpet cleaning equipment Handling hoses, tools, equipment, and supplies Maintaining and cleaning equipment after each job Communicating professionally with customers and team members Following Kelly Cleaning procedures and safety standards

Requirements:

Must speak English and Spanish Valid California driver's license Reliable transportation Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic and positive attitude Able to perform physically demanding work Comfortable working from ladders when necessary Able to take direction and eventually give direction to others Willing to learn professional cleaning equipment and procedures Interested in a stable, long-term position with opportunities for advancement Previous experience in carpet cleaning, construction, maintenance, restoration, or specialty cleaning is preferred, but we will train the right person .

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Starting Pay:

$20.00 per hour
