Window Cleaner

Responsibilities Clean windows, glass surfaces, and related fixtures using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions to achieve streak-free clarity. Operate specialized equipment such as scissor lifts and extension poles to access high or hard-to-reach areas safely and efficiently. Perform routine janitorial and custodial tasks, including wiping down frames, sills, and surrounding surfaces for a comprehensive clean. Follow safety protocols diligently, especially when working at heights or with mechanical equipment like lifts. Conduct inspections of work areas post-cleaning to ensure quality standards are met consistently. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any malfunctions or shortages promptly. Collaborate with team members to complete large-scale commercial cleaning projects on schedule. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services, preferably within commercial settings. Ability to operate scissor lifts or similar height-access equipment safely; certification is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Physical stamina and mobility to stand, reach, climb ladders, and work at heights for extended periods. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and proper use of cleaning tools. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Prior experience in commercial cleaning environments is highly desirable. Pay:

$18.50 - $27.00 per hour
