Responsibilities Safely operate cleaning tools and equipment, including squeegees, scrubbers, and ladders to reach high windows. Clean residential windows thoroughly, removing dirt, grime, fingerprints, and water spots for a pristine finish. Use scissor lifts or other access equipment when necessary to reach elevated or hard-to-access windows. Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents while working at heights or on ladders. Communicate professionally with homeowners to understand specific cleaning needs and ensure satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment after each job to ensure optimal performance. Complete detailed service reports and document work performed for quality assurance. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on window or exterior cleaning. Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Ability to operate scissor lifts or similar access machinery safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail to deliver streak-free, spotless results every time. Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members. Physically fit with the stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
