Job Description
Boulder County Public Works Department is seeking to hire an Assistant Custodial Supervisor . The Assistant Custodial Supervisor is a lead/supervisory level classification in the custodial series. The Assistant Custodial Supervisor performs a variety of skilled office duties, payroll, invoicing, supply ordering, staff oversight, scheduling and assists the Custodial Operations Supervisor. This is a full-time, benefited position that will work Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm . This position will work out of 2525 13th St. , Boulder, Colorado. Under Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) guidelines, this position is non-exempt (eligible for overtime). Boulder County requires its employees to reside in the state of Colorado as of the first day of work.
Hiring Salary Range :

Conducts training for utilizing information on computers such as but not limited to: benefit time, payroll information, and training classes Research requested information and makes recommendations to the custodial operations supervisor Drafts, revises and maintains accurate logs and records utilizing computerized systems for tracking and billing purposes, budget requests and internal procedures Assists in evaluating custodial schedules and cleaning requests, service contracts and vendors and provides input to custodial operations supervisor Maintains department cell phones Assists in creating/updating phone lists, standard operating books, emergency procedures, training manuals and other documents as needed Administrative support including payroll and processing invoices, ordering supplies Assists with and conducts employee evaluations, councils employees concerning performance and makes recommendations on personnel actions in the areas of hiring, discipline, promotion and termination Monitors and updates spreadsheets to track quality, time management, square footage, and inventory as needed May perform fill-in duties for custodial staff, site leaders or Operations Supervisor as needed Site and work assignments are based on need and can change at any time Performs related work, as required May be reassigned during emergency situationsPLEASE NOTE

Boulder County is looking for well qualified candidates to fill our positions. Any combination of relevant education and experience is encouraged. In this position, we are looking for a minimum of: High School graduation or equivalent AND 5 (five) years of experience in administrative, payroll, billing/ invoicingINCLUDING 3
(three) years in a supervisory or lead role, or any equivalent combination of education or experience. Additional related education may count towards required experience.DRIVER'S LICENSE
