Job Summary Peaks to Plains Cleaning LLC is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Residential Cleaner / Driver to join our team servicing luxury homes throughout Castle Pines, Castle Rock, and the South Denver Metro area. Reliable transportation is required for this position. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and be comfortable driving between client homes during the workday. This position may also involve transporting another team member between designated pickup locations and job sites. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable and punctual, works well as part of a team, and can consistently maintain our high cleaning standards. Duties Perform residential cleaning including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, polishing, and detailed cleaning Clean homes according to checklists and instructions provided by the cleaning manager Inspect completed areas to ensure company quality standards are met Safely handle cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment Load and transport cleaning supplies and equipment when necessary Drive between client homes throughout the workday Occasionally pick up and transport another cleaning team member to and between scheduled jobs Communicate professionally with management and team members Maintain punctual arrival times for scheduled jobs Treat clients' homes and belongings with care and respect Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle Ability and willingness to drive throughout Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Centennial, and surrounding areas Must be comfortable transporting another team member when scheduled Must be dependable and consistently arrive to work on time Must speak proficient English Strong attention to detail Ability to follow detailed cleaning checklists and instructions Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a two-person team Ability to safely use residential cleaning equipment and supplies Professional attitude and good communication skills Preferred Qualifications Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience Carpet cleaning experience Housekeeping or custodial experience Floor-care knowledge Experience working in high-end or luxury homes Experience working as part of a residential cleaning team What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who wants a consistent position with a growing local cleaning company.
