Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Join Mountain Marvel Cleaning Company! Mountain Marvel Cleaning Company is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner who loves getting vacation rentals guest-ready. We serve short-term rental hosts throughout Conifer, Evergreen, Pine, Bailey, Kittredge, and Indian Hills, and we're growing fast in the Colorado foothills. This role is all about the turnover: resetting Airbnb and STR properties to five-star standards between guests. It starts part-time with a clear path to full-time as we add properties. If you take pride in a spotless space and a perfect reset, we'd love to meet you. What you'll do: Turn over short-term rental properties to guest-ready standards between bookings Strip and launder linens on-site, make beds to hotel-quality finish Restock owner-provided supplies and keep inventory updated Handle trash removal, deep detailing, and final staging Complete photo reports so hosts know their place is ready What we're looking for: A sharp eye for detail — you notice the things guests would Dependable transportation and a valid driver's license Comfort working independently and managing your time around checkout windows Weekday availability (Monday-Friday); occasional weekend turnovers a plus STR or hospitality cleaning experience helpful but not required — we'll train the right person
