Primary Responsibilities Supervise and coach team members. Conduct quality control checks and prepare reports for Area Manager. Oversee inventory, staffing changes and respond to priorities. Follows procedures for cleaning and disinfecting. Follows all safety rules and guidelines to minimize risks for employees and clients. Review company feedback and work with your Supervisor to improve cleanliness and client experience. Maintain supplies and equipment in a neat and orderly fashion. Remove waste and transport to the appropriate disposal area. Follows all infection prevention practices including hand hygiene and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Frequent gripping, lifting, carrying, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching. Other tasks according to facility needs. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
