Window Cleaner Platinum Panes Window Cleaning Fort Collins, CO Job Type Full-time Pay Starting at $25.00 per hour Employees typically earn the equivalent of $25-30 per hour through hourly pay, customer tips, and performance-based bonuses. Schedule Approximately 3 days per week 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Flexible scheduling available Saturday availability required About Us Platinum Panes is a locally owned residential and commercial window cleaning company serving Northern Colorado. We take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality work while creating opportunities for dependable team members to grow with our company. We're looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a growing business.

Responsibilities Primary responsibilities include:

Residential exterior window cleaning Residential interior window cleaning Additional seasonal or occasional responsibilities may include: Christmas light installation Gutter cleaning Pressure washing All necessary equipment is provided. Qualifications Reliable personal transportation (truck or SUV preferred) Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable using extension ladders safely Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and professional Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Previous window cleaning experience preferred but not required. We provide paid training. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay of $25.00 per hour after training Paid training Customer tips Performance-based bonuses Flexible scheduling All equipment provided Training is paid in accordance with applicable Colorado wage requirements. Work Location This position is performed at customer properties throughout the Fort Collins area.
