Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cleaning Specialist and play a vital role in maintaining a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment across various facilities. This energetic position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards, ensuring spaces are not only visually appealing but also safe and hygienic for all occupants. Whether working in commercial, residential, or industrial settings, you will be at the forefront of creating a healthy environment through diligent cleaning practices and expert facility maintenance. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high hygiene standards. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, and other custodial tools efficiently and safely. Handle chemical agents with strict adherence to safety protocols, ensuring proper storage, usage, and disposal to prevent hazards. Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of supplies, furniture, or equipment following safe lifting practices to avoid injury. Follow safety procedures diligently during all cleaning activities and report any safety concerns or facility maintenance issues promptly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and ensuring their environment exceeds expectations. Requirements Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with knowledge of commercial or industrial cleaning processes is prefered but we're willing to train. Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, safety handling procedures, and sanitation standards. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and execute manual handling tasks efficiently. Experience operating cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and other custodial machinery. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety protocol adherence. Excellent communication skills coupled with a customer service-oriented mindset. Prior experience in facilities maintenance or porter roles is preferred; residential painting or industrial cleaning experience is a plus. Must have reliable transportation to travel from site to site as well cover a good portion of the Front Range and most of the North Eastern part of Colorado. Valid drivers license and proof of insurance is required. Must have a working phone as it is how you track your hours and manage your time wisely. Will not accept Wifi only.
