Job Description

Qualifications:
  • Cleaning experience a plus but not required
  • Self motivated
  • Organizational skills to complete tasks timely and responsibly
  • Mature adult preferred Reports to:
CCA Director Professional and Ethical Responsibilities:
CCA employees should always display acceptable professional and ethical standards.
Including but not limited to:
confidentiality, courtesy, cooperation, positive attitude, reliability, punctuality, accuracy, efficiency, timeliness, integrity and respect. They must be able to lead by example with regard to our 8 Keys of Excellence and have a commitment to the mission of the school.
Responsibilities / Roles
- not limited to:
  • Maintain strong communication skills with students and staff
  • Keep building and property in clean and orderly condition
  • Maintenance reporting
  • Perform heavy cleaning duties
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, or vacuum floors
  • Gather and empty trash
  • Scrub, sanitize and supply restroom facilities
  • Dust furniture, walls and equipment
Additional:
  • Ability to stand, walk and bend for many hours - perform repetitive motions for long periods of time
  • Ability to withstand seasonal changes outside and inside
  • Regular and timely attendance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Be able to work with a variety of chemicals
  • Dress appropriately for safety/sanitation duties
Compensation:
Primary work will be Tuesday through Friday from 1-6:00pm.
Additional / Reduced
hours will be required seasonally. May be asked to work as a sub for the daytime shift.
Wage:
CCA Certified Salary Schedule. Placement on the schedule is dependent on experience. Benefits to be discussed based on full or part time status. (Certified Salary Schedule subject to increase per board approval March 2023).
