Independent Residential Cleaner - Recurring Lakewood Route Independent contractor opportunity | Lakewood, CO | Established recurring clients Neat House Cleaning is looking for an independent residential cleaner to take on an established group of recurring client homes in the Lakewood area. This is a current opening for someone who wants consistent residential cleaning work without having to find and manage their own clients. Most homes are cleaned weekly or every other week, so you'll generally return to the same clients and become familiar with their homes over time. The opportunity We provide access to established Neat House Cleaning clients and coordinate client scheduling. You perform the cleaning independently and use your own judgment to meet each client's agreed-upon standards. Client appointments generally take place Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. This tends to work well for someone who enjoys independent, physical work and wants recurring clients rather than constantly finding new cleaning jobs.

Compensation Paid orientation:

$25/hour while becoming familiar with our clients and standards, typically 2-4 weeks After orientation: 50% of each completed job's contract value 100% of client tips go to you Established contractors typically earn the equivalent of approximately $25-$40/hour depending on their pace and the job Regular payment schedule What Neat House Cleaning provides Established recurring residential clients Client scheduling and coordination Information about each home's agreed-upon cleaning scope Cleaning products and equipment available when you're getting started if needed Paid orientation to existing client homes Guidance on obtaining General Liability insurance if you do not already have coverage What we're looking for You may be a good fit if you: Enjoy working independently rather than as part of a cleaning crew Take pride in doing consistently high-quality work Communicate reliably with clients and our office Are comfortable working around dogs and cats Like returning to the same homes and clients regularly Are comfortable using Google Calendar, Sheets, and Docs for basic scheduling and coordination Contractor requirements Reliable vehicle and ability to travel between client homes Valid driver's license Ability to perform the physical work involved in residential cleaning, including lifting at least 20 lbs Willingness to complete a background check Availability for client appointments during regular daytime hours (M-F, 9a-5p) Ability to interview in person in Lakewood, Colorado Ability to obtain and provide a General Liability insurance certificate within six months of beginning contract work Responsibility for your own self-employment taxes and independent business obligations About Neat House Cleaning Neat House Cleaning is a small Lakewood-based residential cleaning company built largely through client referrals. We serve recurring clients throughout the west Denver metro area, including Lakewood, Denver, Arvada, Golden, Wheat Ridge, Littleton, Englewood, and surrounding communities. We're intentionally small. You'll communicate directly with the owner when questions come up about clients, scheduling, or job scope.
