Window Cleaner

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Cleaning Technician to join our team on a seasonal full-time basis. This has a possibility to become a year round position. This position is ideal for individuals who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the window cleaning industry. As a Window Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for providing professional window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties as well as new construction jobs. You must be comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions. This position is perfect for someone who is dependable, hard-working, and enjoys working outdoors. On average you will work 30-45 hours a week and you must be okay with house pets.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean residential and commercial windows and glass surfaces to a high standard of cleanliness. Safely operate window cleaning tools and equipment, including ladders, squeegees, extension poles, and water-fed poles. Work at various heights using ladders or elevated platforms, as required. Maintain safety standards by following safety protocols, including the use of safety harnesses and personal protective equipment (PPE). Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally. Maintain and care for all cleaning tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order. Inspect completed work to ensure a high-quality finish. Work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines and job schedules. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. Follow specific job instructions, ensuring quality and efficiency in all work performed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in window cleaning or similar work is preferred but not required. Ability to work at heights using ladders up to 28 feet or lifts safely. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be physically fit, able to lift and carry equipment, and work in various weather conditions. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Reliable transportation to and from the office. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be willing to undergo a background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using water-fed poles or other window cleaning equipment. Knowledge of safety protocols related to working at heights and with cleaning equipment.
